All Cannabis Sales Are Final
Under California state law, cannabis products cannot be returned once they’ve been delivered, opened, or removed from their original packaging. This includes flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, tinctures, and other THC or CBD products.
We cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind or preference

Products opened, used, or tampered with after delivery

Items not in their original, sealed condition
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so our support team can assist.

Our team will review and respond within 1 business day
If approved, we will offer one of the following:

Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow 3–5 business daysfor processing once approved.
Debit refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.
Delivery Issues
If your driver cannot reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be canceled and restocked. A restocking fee may apply if we’ve already dispatched your delivery. Please make sure you’re available during your estimated delivery window.
